You're experienced with coordinating special events that grow brand awareness. You can represent the Dr. Bronner's brand, MFE (Magic Foam Experience) team, and culture at industry and consumer events.
This role acts as a host to all participants and spectators, taking special care to ensure their physical safety as well as creating and maintaining an atmosphere of trust and respect, with integrity toward radical acceptance and celebration of every human being. The incumbent will be required to show appropriate sensitivity to each individual's level of comfort with engaging, and actively work to promote a culture of consent.

The incumbent will be required to show appropriate sensitivity to each individual's level of comfort with engaging, and actively work to promote a culture of consent.
Your duties will include to:
- Assist the MFE (Magic Foam Experience) Supervisor and team with maintaining and transporting MFE equipment, including build and strike at differing locations throughout the U.S. when so requested, for a yearly average of 50 and not more than 70 days of travel per year.
- Perform and interact with the public at all MFE events.
- Participates in MFE events and special events as needed, including evenings and weekends.
- Thoroughly understands our products and services in order to represent Dr. Bronner's and speak on behalf of the company when coordinating with vendors.
- Assist where needed throughout Festivals, Mud Runs, Parades and other events. "On the ground" project organization, including coordinating attendees, temp staff and volunteers.
- Drive commercial vehicles and other company vehicles as needed.
- Maintain records of each event and write event synopses.
- Plan team travel and lodging.
- Works mandatory weekend and evening/overnight events.
- Projects include activations at various events, including multi-day festivals.
- Develop relationships with potential future organizations and event locations.
- Other duties as assigned within job scope.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- At least 2 years of experience with event planning and on-site project coordination.
- At least 2 years of experience interacting with the public at events.
- Must possess a forklift and pallet jack certification or be able to be certified after beginning employment.
- Must possess a valid food handler's certification or obtain after beginning employment.
- Must have reliable transportation and possess and maintain a valid California driver's license including proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage and insurability under the Company's insurance carrier standards.
- Must be familiar with and comfortable using general construction tools.
- Ability to lift/carry/balance objects up to 50 pounds.
