About the Role:

As our new Information Technology Analyst, you will be joining our small but very mighty global technology team. In this role, you will wear many hats and gain experience in various areas of corporate technology. You will report directly to our VP of People + Environment + Technology, but work daily with other functions to best support our growing, more technical business operation.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

• Be the first-line of employee support for daily technology support requests
• Be a very key part of our onboarding team - ensuring all new employees have access to and are familiar with the hardware and software they need to be successful
• Provide general project assistance for anything related to IT
• Teach, uphold, and maintain high network and device security standards/principles
• Partner with various functions to solve business problems through technology
• Information Technology bachelor's degree OR 1+ years of relevant experience in a business technology support function
• The ability to distill complex technical concepts that can be easily understood by a non-technical person
• A never-ending curiosity about new technologies
• Any customer service experience is a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and anticipation
• Highly organized, flexible to daily work priorities, and eager to learn
