Pay Scale:Part time contractor role paid hourly at $25 per hour (DOE), estimating35hours/week.

  • Compensation for travel miles at IRS rate.

POSITION SUMMARY

TheBrand Ambassadormaintainsthe Region by ensuringstoreoperationalexcellenceandmaximizing Kiosk Walk-inshop-ability.TheBrand Ambassadorestablishesand developsrelationshipswith ourkeycustomers, WholeFoods,Berkely Bowl, Safeway, Andronico's, Raley's,external partners, and our cross-functional internal teams. TheBrand Ambassadorgeneratesbrand recognition, drivescustomer engagementand revenue through event marketing execution.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the face of the brand, createan environment whereour partnersare treated fairly in the spirit of Urban Remedy's core valuesand that exemplifiesthe brandethosin the market.

  • Ensureexecution ofkiosk merchandising, inventory,cleanliness,removal of dust,compliance to the company issued planograms.

  • Perform basic kiosk maintenance: Facing, stocking, best by date compliance, proper signage, report inventory on hand.

  • Capture photos/video of activity, inventoryand report numerical outputs/ consumer feedback.

  • Establish and build positive relationships with Store Operations teams.

  • Support and Educate storeswithin key initiativessuch new product launches and promotionsto drivesales.

  • Support brand activations/ events/ in-store demonstrationsincluding:

  • Schedule sampling/event activity

  • Inventory preparation

  • Create attractive and clean displays!

  • Execute sampling, proactively engaging with consumers.

  • Post-event clean-up - ensure the event area is returned to its original clean and organized state.

  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with proper food safety &follow foodhandling procedures.

  • Continually develop your product knowledge and overall knowledge of the natural & organic industry to answer customer questions.

  • Assumeadditionalresponsibilities as assigned.

Position-Specific Skills

  • 1- 2 years of retail or merchandising experience.

  • Strong communicationskills; proficient in English in both spoken and written.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft OfficePlatforms, Teams.

  • Must have a Smartphone toutilizeapp-based technology.

  • Truly believesFood isHealing and has a genuine passion towards the natural/organic food movement.

  • Ability to model the Urban Remedy culture in every interaction and relationship with customers.

Education/Training

  • Food handling and safety certification.

  • Experience with organic food/natural productspreferred.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • This position isfield based.

  • Expected to wear clothing appropriate for the nature of the Company's business and the type of work performed.

  • Position requireslong periodsof standingand driving.

  • Must be able toliftupto 50lbs.,10-12 times per shift.

  • This position requires a flexible work scheduleincluding early morning, evenings,weekendsand holidays.
